Product Filtration

As part of our customer offer Chemical Corporation has recognised the need for cleaner products to be made available to meet with the industries high standards in product cleanliness levels.
With this in mind Chemical Corporation employed the expertise of CC Jensen, Pall Filtration and Hydac International to help build a product filtration plant at our U.K. head quarters that is capable of cleaning both gear oil and hydraulic oil products down to super clean cleanliness levels prior to them being delivered to customers.
 

All products are pre heated and then passed through specialist filtration systems to ensure that products are cleaned to the highest standards without the risk of removing any of the products qualities during the process.
 

Each treated batch of product is tested and certificated to show the ISO cleanliness level of each batch before they leave the depot.
