Product Delivery/Removals

Chemical Corporation run a fleet of 4 dedicated wind turbine delivery vehicles that enables us to ensure that products arrive with customers on time to meet with planned servicing schedules and deadlines. All our drivers are fully trained and qualified in the use of the Sage Oil Vac pump systems. Pre delivery site inspections are normally completed by a member of staff who will complete a risk assessment of the road access, length of hoses required and the type an fittings that will be required to connect to each of the gear box sumps, thus ensuring a pre planned smooth run operation while working on customers sites. This pre delivery inspection will also include a meeting with the site manager to discuss the pumps Method Statement and Risk Assessment documents that surround the operation. Chemical Corporation are also licensed waste oil carriers therefore will be able to remove and dispose of any waste oils removed from the equipment during the oil exchanges.
